SHIPPING & RETURNS
At Huguette, each piece is created with intention, care, and a history that reflects the African landscape.
Shipping
Jewellery pieces are shipped directly from London and are typically dispatched within 3 working days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Due to the artisanal nature of our jewellery, slight variations may occur between pieces. These differences are a reflection of the handcrafted process and contribute to the individuality of each item.
Bespoke garments and commissioned pieces require additional time. Timelines will be clearly discussed during the process, ensuring transparency around production and delivery.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which remain the responsibility of the customer.
Huguette is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
