All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing.
5. Orders
Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
6. Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major debit and credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
7. Shipping
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days. As all pieces are made to order, slight variations in production time may occur, and customers will be notified where necessary.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Huguette is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Returns & Exchanges
Each Huguette piece is made to order. We encourage all customers to engage thoughtfully with their purchase, recognising the care, time, and craftsmanship that goes into every piece.
As a made-to-order brand, we offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
To request an exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Bespoke pieces are non-exchangeable.
We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
